About Me

I am a PhD researcher and university assistant at the Institute of Software Engineering and AI at TU Graz (Austria), working under the supervision of Prof. Alexander Felfernig. My doctoral research investigates how Large Language Models (LLMs) can support recommender systems in software engineering. Currently, I work on the FFG-funded GENRE project, developing generative AI methods for requirements engineering.

Alongside my research, I am actively involved in academic teaching at TU Graz, contributing to courses on Recommender Systems, Object-Oriented Analysis and Design, and Introduction to Structured Programming, as well as co-supervising bachelor's and master's theses.

Before starting my PhD in 2021, I earned a master's degree in Applied Informatics from the University of Klagenfurt (Austria), specializing in knowledge and data engineering. My master's thesis focused on simulating disappointment events in non-cooperative zero-sum games. I also hold a bachelor's degree in Applied Computer Science from DHBW Mannheim (Germany), completed through a dual-study program combining academic coursework with industry practice.

My prior professional experience spans applied AI research and software engineering across intralogistics (warehouse management and material flow control) and video-streaming platforms. Originally from Germany and now based in Austria, I am fluent in German and English, and also speak Spanish and Polish.
